  • My role: Develop and write copy for the most unboring campaign possible introducing the GTM product across all of Yelp’s channels.

  • The solve: Create a campaign that taps into those “oh sh!t” moments everyone relates to and remind consumers Yelp Assistant chooses the right pro quickly to bring the calm.

  • Impact: 32.9M reached, +69% more starts in week one, +89% more completions on day one, and +161% growth in users trying Yelp Assistant (email doubled; push 3x+).
